Influenced by personal experience and executed by dedicated senior medical professionals, our Elderly Care Center stands as a specialist in providing assisted living services.

Mission: is to create a place where seniors experience a true sense of home, provide exceptional support, surrounded by comfort, respect, dignity, compassionate care, and companionship to seniors.

Goal is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community that promotes physical, mental, and emotional health for seniors, ensuring their golden years are filled with joy, comfort, and a strong sense of belonging.

Located in the tranquil heart of Bengaluru city, our two centers offer a peaceful and secure environment.

Our Core Team

Dr Thriveni B S

CEO and Co-founder

Dr. Thriveni is a distinguished medical doctor, specializing in Public Health and Diabetes Management. She graduated from Mysore Medical College and earned her postgraduate degree in Public Health from the UK. She further pursued Fellowships in Diabetes Management from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and in Public Health Leadership from Emory University, USA. Currently, she is pursuing a Fellowship in Aged Care Services from Flinders University, Australia.

With over 25 years of experience in health project management and nearly a decade in health systems research, Dr. Thriveni has been actively involved with non-profit organizations, reaching out to those in need and marginalized communities. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare. Dr. Thriveni serves as the Director at Sarvagna Health Care Institute, a non-profit organization that supports dialysis, outpatient care, day care, and outreach services. She also manages two skill development centers with a focus on empowering women and youths. Additionally, she holds the position of Project Director for the Smoke-free Bengaluru Initiative, a collaboration between Bloomberg Philanthropies and the World Health Organization.

Anand Upnal

Co-founder

Anand Upnal is a professional engineer who completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the renowned National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, one of India’s prestigious engineering colleges. He is an accomplished IT professional who has held various high-ranking positions and is a successful entrepreneur. Despite his impressive career, Anand has consistently dedicated his time and resources to assist those in need, often without seeking recognition. He has played a pivotal role in the establishment of this new venture, underscoring his compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to helping individuals facing challenging circumstances.

Hemalatha B S

Chief of Care Operation & Co-founder

Hema holds a postgraduate degree in political science and has specialized in arts. She also possesses a postgraduate diploma in Fashion Designing. Her deep passion lies in the creation of various handmade items, including Arts and Crafts, embroidery, and jewelry. For over a decade, she has been generously offering her skills and expertise to empower those in need, particularly the marginalized, by providing encouragement and support for their self-sustainability voluntarily.

Narasimha Murthy

Care Manager

Narasimha Murthy holds a postgraduate degree in social work and has over 10 years of versatile experience. He has served as a health camp coordinator at Agarwal Eye Hospital and as a medical social worker at HCG Hospital, offering invaluable support in patient counseling and follow-ups. His extensive background extends to collaborating with various NGOs, where he has facilitated health camps for street children, individuals residing in slums, and more.

Kiran A J

Assistant Care Manager

A data entry operator with over 5 years of experience in diverse roles, including pharmacy management, coordination with the BBMP Urban Health Center Team for the COVID vaccination program, and serving as a coordinator at a temporary COVID quarantine and care hospital. His varied experience is accompanied by a sense of empathy and patience.

Dr. Evelyn Morris

We are honored to have Dr. Morris as part of our team, offering online consultations from the USA. Dr. Morris specializes in Geriatric Medicine, focusing on the care of elderly adults, and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in this field. Currently affiliated with UMass Medical School (USA) as Assistant Professor, she is passionate about teaching medical students and residents in the field of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Chandrashekaran R

MBBS | Dip in Psychiatry ( NIMHANS) | PhD Clinical Psychology | Diploma Palliative Care.

Dr. Chandrashekhar brings over two decades of invaluable experience in healthcare services, specializing in managing individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, depression, and more. Currently, he serves at the Astra Rehabilitation & Hospice Center, focusing on elderly care and rehabilitation services. We are delighted to welcome him aboard to offer both on-call and in-person consultations to our residents.
