What type of facility is available?

Standard rooms, Premium Rooms and deluxe premium rooms with choice of single, double occupancy.

What is the process of admission?

Our admission process is straightforward and uncomplicated. Our team is here to guide you through each step

  1. Schedule a visit to see our center
  2. Select your choice of accommodation
  3. Fill out the contact information form
  4. Share the recent (less than 3 months old) medical documents of your loved one
  5. Share list of medications if any
  6. Inform your choice of hospital in case of emergency if any
  7. Sign the Residency agreement
  8. Pay the registration fee and booking deposit
  9. Plan Logistics to move in
Any registration free and deposit to be paid?

Yes, there is registration fee and refundable deposit subject to terms and conditions.

What is the pricing for the services?

Our pricing is determined by three factors:

(i) The length of your stay, whether it’s short-term or long-term or day care

(ii) The level of care needed

(iii) The type of room you choose, which can be single or two sharing and standard or premium or deluxe premium.

What type of food is served and Timings?

Only vegetarian meals are served.

Breakfast: 8:30 am, Lunch: 01:15 pm and Dinner: 8:00 pm

Snacks/Fruits: 4:00 pm

Coffee/Tea/Milk: 06:45 am and 04:30 pm

Personalized dietary requirement can be accommodated upon request*.

How does caregiver charges work?

We follow a person-centred approach to care, tailoring individualized care plans for each resident based on their diagnosis, health status and cognitive engagement. Additionally, we offer shared caregiver services as needed, depending on the resident’s condition.

Our pricing depends on level of care required after initial assessment.

You have any Visiting hours?

Family members are welcome to visit during our regular visiting hours. We kindly recommend that family members observe rather than actively participate in routine activities. This approach enables our staff to carry out their work without interruption. We greatly appreciate prior scheduling to minimize disturbances to other residents.

What is medical facility you will provide?

We provide regular medical check-up, diabetes and blood pressure monitoring. Administer supervised medications, oxygen concentrator, nebulization & oxygen saturation monitoring. Other services arranged as needed on request, possibility and condition of the resident.

How are the emergencies managed, is there any hospital nearby?

We have tie up with nearby specialty hospitals for ambulance service and immediate emergency care.  Contact person as per the agreement will be informed immediately. Emergency protocols are in place.

Is it possible for residents to start with a one-month stay initially as a trial period before committing to a long-term stay?

Yes, but all the formalities should be fulfilled, even if it is for trial stay.

Are the family members allowed to stay overnight with the residents?

For the well-being of our residents, we do not promote family members staying within the premises. This is because seniors with dementia may require additional time to readjust after an overnight stay by a family member. Such stays may also disrupt the routines of your loved one and other residents.

Are residents allowed to go outside by themselves?

It is decided depending on residents physical and mental health status, as well as request made by family members.
